With Australian businesses facing a period of intense change, the Centre for Workplace Leadership launched the most comprehensive study of Australian leadership since 1995. To promote its findings, we asked business leaders: “Are you ready to lead?” We then provided them insights to help answer that question through the Study of Australian Leadership.

The conversation was brought to life through a roadshow across five states hosting expert panel-led events, engaging the business media community, generating social content and a creating a microsite.


The campaign was highly engaged with, positioning CWL as thought leaders in the space and building strong relationships across the country.
