Tom leads Edelman Australia with a clear mission: to shape the future of communications through bold thinking, cultural awareness and creative impact. He brings nearly 20 years of global experience, helping brands navigate change and earn trust in fast-moving markets. 

Tom is passionate about the intersection of creativity, commerce and corporate communications. He’s a vocal advocate for greater media diversity and a more inclusive media ecosystem in Australia. 

A recognised industry voice, Tom has judged major awards, mentored emerging talent at the University of Sydney Business School, and contributed to initiatives with the Media Federation of Australia, CEDA and Melbourne Business School. He also helped found the Australian Influencer Marketing Council.
