Known for her ability to balance business priorities with human connection, Melissa helps teams grow, adapt and thrive in a fast-changing world. Her experience spans across Australia, New Zealand, Asia, UK and Canada and is grounded in a strong understanding of employment law and local market nuance. 

Prior to joining Edelman, Melissa held HR leadership roles across creative agencies, media, the entertainment industry and education where she dedicated herself to building inclusive, high-performing cultures where people are seen, supported and challenged to lead with purpose.
