Welcome to the digital home of Edelman Australia

We help our clients win in the marketplace by guiding their understanding of how public relations should be practiced in the new stakeholder paradigm – where organisations are part of the discussion but not the centre of it. Where conversations start anywhere and involve influencers across the board, not just mass media. Where insight, collaboration and innovation are required to operate in a meaningful way. Where corporations become media companies by creating their own content rather than relying on traditional media forms. Where advocacy is championed openly by businesses wanting to operate in an authentic way. And where new expectations arise in a world of increasing complexity.

Asia Pacific markets are emerging at unprecedented rates, and to earn trust businesses must operate with greater transparency; engaging stakeholders – customers, employees, shareholders and any influencer with an interest in the company – in a proactive and meaningful way. Our philosophy of Public Engagement acts as a guide to companies that are looking to effectively engage with the audiences who matter most to them.

In addition to this unique Public Engagement approach, as the largest independent public relations firm, we have the ability to invest in research to further our understanding of the issues most affecting our clients – in areas like trust in business, digital media, consumer attitudes, health, and public affairs. Armed with a continuous stream of fresh data, these insights ensure we are on the cutting edge of understanding stakeholder expectations of companies, and the evolving communications and media environment. We are committed to creating insight-based programs that deliver business success.
