CSR/Sustainability reporting and communications has become an increasingly important business practice during the past decade. Despite the myriad CSR studies in the marketplace, there remains a need to provide business leaders with practical guidance on the most meaningful actions and behaviours that they can undertake to impact stakeholders when communicating and reporting on CSR.
To provide practical guidance to companies working to better communicate and documenting CSR activities, Edelman collaborated with the Center for Corporate Citizenship at Boston College, Net Impact and the World Business Council on Sustainable Development (WBCSD), to conduct a qualitative and quantitative study. In this presentation from the 2007 CSR Summit held in Sydney 31 October – 1 November, Chris Deri, Global Head CSR, Edelman New York examined these findings and shared tips on how companies can rebuild corporate trust through integrated CSR.
